Good news for a change!

Hi everyone

Had to share some good news for a change Just got latest HBA1C results and down to 7.0 from 8.3 last time so feeling chuffed. Also cholesterol and liver function better too. Now I know it needs to be lower than 7 but only been diagnosed 3 months and still loads to learn. Have got this far thanks to the help of people on the forum so ta muchly :!:

well done! 7.0 is good for a post diagnosis HbA1c.

There is lots to learn but at least you're in the right place !

One of these days I'll read a post which says
