At my recent annual checkup he informed that from his examination I am in really good health , partly due to being an insulin dependent Diabetic , by following a good diet, good walking exercise , no smoking ect......
That's great news, I bet you are pleased! It's always nice to hear when we get told we are in good health, even with having diabetes. Keep up the good work!
