I woke up yesterday to a 4.8, I managed to maintain that all day. Only rose to 4.9! I was pretty chuffed with myself....

Woke up today at 6.7. Less good!

At least I now have something to aim for. If I can do it once I can do it again!

Hi there my morning bg always seems to be around 2-3 points higher then my last reading at night, don't know why but, well done nice constant day time readings there.
