Great low carb breakfast idea.

Just had six for breakkie for the first time. Fluffy, light and delicious!!
 
Going to try this in an omelette maker for lunch. So what are your favourite ingredients, to add to the eggs?
Mine are mushroom, ham, cheese and peppers.
 
I find those really convenient for lunch too! My recent favourite is chorizo, red pepper and cheddar or red leicester. Oh, and mushroom, proscuitto and stilton!
