Growing Human Organs

Came across your post, found it interesting.
I know scientists are successful and can grow human skin tissue.
Believe its only used for emergencies in hospitals.
By the way new scientists are working on technology that can work as effective as human skin_ not sure however if they are fully successful on this part.
