Gum Disease and Diabetics

Oil pulling also seems to help (google it). I prefer coconut oil & also add some essential oils, tea tree, clove, oregano that all supposedly have an anti bacterial action. It takes 20 minutes so the key is to learn to do it while doing other things (where you don't need to talk!) e.g in the shower. Do it before brushing & it seems to help loosen any stains & plaque first, as well as getting to the bacteria. Tip: keep the prepared oil in a warm place (above 25 C) so that it remains liquid, much easier to use.

I had something like that, but after treatment the gum improved.

Ouch!

Well I have to be honest about three years ago around about this time I bought a scratch card and won 2,000 pounds if I knew then what I know now I would have kept hold of it and would now be almost able to afford some good dental work.
