Hi guys. New to the forum but I've just had my mot and the doc has said I'm over weight. I'm 6ft3" and weigh just under 16st and they have put me on metformin tables.
I'm starting my training again and I hear lots of people using fat burners and protein shakes. Does anyone on here use them and if so what they use or recommend that try?
I'm a gym bunny and currently use Allmax Nutrition Isoflex as top quality whey but no carbs-plenty of no carbs protein shaked on the market but search for no sugar ones
