Hair loss and low in iron

Hello,

I was experiencing this.

My case is most likely completely different as I have a eating disorder but I take multi vitamins with added iron once a day and I have noticed good results.

Don’t get Holland & barrats (expensive!) just some from your local supermarket.

I know it’s a worry but it can be sorted
