Half a can green labelling ??

Processed Green light foods are rarely green all through and yes that could mean more fats or more sugar . I have to ask my husband how bad something is after buying green lighted as opposed to the cheapest option . He has proven time and time again the lowest priced shop bargain buy has less of everything in it usually. That sometimes means taste but depending what I’m trying to lower and it’s blood sugar before weight at the moment . I also have high cholesterol and yes not a meat fan . So I do struggle. Like another has said the easiest way is to cook yourself . However recipes rarely address the two . So as diabetes and high cholesterol MAY be a thing for type two we really need a diet or a book that addresses both . I get beaten myself with this and sorry to all those that cannot stand fat people . Yes it’s like Alcoholics self inflicted as is diabetes type 2 if your fat self inflicted but there seems less help to help us out of our addiction and a green light on foods would help.
