After careful drooling, Pork with mushrooms and a shrimp foo yung. Started pre meal at 5.0. 1 hour in up to 6, at 2 hrs back to standard operating of a 5.1.
Whooopie.
Was basically pork, eggs and mushrooms but im bagging it as a win.

I'm in SE Asia at the moment, and one of my concerns was always the sweet and sour flavouring combos that exist in most dishes, with the balance shifting, dependant upon the final desired flavour.
So far, touch wood, so good.
To be fair, my usual blood glucose running tracks are quite low, so I have some leeway, but I'd rather not be putting too much strain on my thus far good fortune.
