I have just had a meal out.
I am off my Metformin (my decision) and have lost 2.5 stone.
Start in bloods before my meal was 5.6mmol/l.
1 hour after they were 9.8mmol/l
2 hours later it was 5.0 mmol/l
Things seem to be working again.
