Interesting, but do the seeds not get mostly destroyed by the heat ?
And I love tahini by the teaspoonful.

I don't know but I would give it a go, looking at the photo, just need to source the flour

Yes I've used sesame flour for baking low carb "bread". I've used the Sukrin brand which is available both from their UK website, and from Amazon who also have a wide range of different brands and prices. The seeds I've had from the supermarket.
