I am allergic to red peppers . Ate a casserole containing them althugh I din;t know it. Collapsed and when i got to A& E my bloods were 32 and I had glucose in my urine.
I think I surmised above that the consent form is required when here is a risk , however minute ,of serious consequences.
I have to sign a consent form for my injections which can cause blindness or lead to infections.
