Hi just wondering if anyone on this forum living with diabetes has tried the Blood Type Diet? Dr D'Adamo the founder of this diet reports that Type B's have the tendency to develop insulin issues including other things.
I am a Type B and would be interested to know how true this could be amongst others on here?
Type A blood: A meat-free diet based on fruits and vegetables, beans and legumes, and whole grains -- ideally, organic and fresh, because D'Adamo says people with type A blood have a sensitive immune system.
Not for me~ I like some meat, not overly keen on a lot of veg, fruit puts my blood sky high mostly, along with all grains & my digestion definitely doesn't like beans & legumes. However some people may find it works for them.
