Has my insulin gone bad???

Good evening everyone - really need your help! My blood sugars have been consistently high for about a week - around 17-20 pre-meal and 11ish in the mornings. I live in uni accommodation and I came back after being home for a week to find the fridge wasn’t as cold as normal. Could the insulin be deactivated?

Well? Depends on how long you insulin has been stored at this temp..?
It can last for 28'sh days at room temprature.

What insulin do you use?
