Are you on any diabetic medication at all,or just diet? 4.0 in the morning is OK.but you maybe feel odd because you where used to it being high before.Be sure to eat a good breakfast to boost your sugar for work.I always have a half tumbler of Tropicana to kick start me in the morning along with my weetabix,depends what you like in the morning.What time in the evening do you eat?Some people find they need a snack such as cheese,nuts,a sandwich etc before bed to stop their sugars going low overnight.Have you had a look at the links in this part of the board 'links for diabetes' etc?
