Having a rough time

Hi all my name's Neil I have been getting headaches dizziness and a stinging pain all over the body my hba1c was 68 UK last time I had it checked my morning sugars are between 8-9 and through the day between 6-7. I since went low carb for 3 months now started at the end of July when I had my results I took action straight away every time I eat the stinging starts and I'm waking up really hungry in the mornings it wakes me up around 0630am I just generally feel unwell has anybody else gone through similar experience.

Yes sorry I knew there was something I forgot to write in there I'm on 4 metformins a day.

Just checked my sugars 8.4 and I'm shaking like it's low sugars

Thanks for the reply I definitely ain't got a cold had one a couple of months ago though my grandson sneezed by me and passed it over the little ****** I got a doctors appointment next Friday 23rd will mention all my symptoms see where I go from there will let you know what they say
