My sugar levels have only just recently come down to a normal range and now I feel very drained out and every few hours I knock out for a few hours.As much as I dont want to sleep I knock out . Is there any reason this is happening?
Hi there, without more information that's difficult to answe r, have you increased your exercise while decreasing the amount of food you eat? for instance. Also, there are a few medical conditions which cause tiredness : underactive thyroid, anaemia etc, disturbed sleep at night. Have you seen your GP recently, that might be the best solution?
