Theong and short of it is that anything that stresses you or makes you ill etc can raise your bg..
But also so can some medication... Did you tell the pharmacy you are diabetic?? Mine won't give me antihistamines nor will my gp
If I tell the pharmacy I'm diabetic they won't give me antihistamines they say see gp.. Gp won't give antihistamines as I'm diabetic and prescribes an eye drop... So just because you can get something over the counter you should still seek advice on itNo as my GP surgery no longer prescribes antihistamines you can buy over the counter. I’m due my first appt with the diabetic nurse in a couple of weeks I’ll mention it then. I’m supposed have them

up. I’ve not had the best support since my diagnosis, it was a case of you’ve got T2 here’s your metformin. Google it. We don’t know how long your diabetic nurse/education course/eye test will be because of Covid.
