I'm currently on metformin once a day. Iv had lots of stress and worry and it has gradually been creeping up. I had bloods back today and I have very low folic acid and hb1c of 63. Not good. I have an appointment with the diabetic nurse next week. I worried about what might be the next course of action. I need it to come down just don't want to have to go on insulin. Does anyone have any advice to reassure me

Appreciate it's easier said than done, but try not stress about this. Stress affects our decision making quality and ability to focus, and those are what we need to make lifestyle changes and better choices for our health.

There are always options, there are always changes we can make. You can do this.
