Hba1c of 59(diet controlled) , should I be worried?

Yes - that's too high. However, maybe you could provide more information, such as how long since you've been diagnosed, what kind of diet, if you have a blood glucose meter and how often you test, if your A1c is getting higher or lower, what your fasting blood glucose is, what your doctor has told you your A1c target should be, etc.
