HBA1C levels

That is a brilliant achievement in such a short time. Two consecutive normal HbA1cs following a very high one of 100 is brilliant. Well done.

Are those your total cholesterol numbers? They are pretty meaningless without the breakdown. What are your HDL, LDL and triglycerides?

As to the cholesterol levels you need the breakdown to make any sense of them. Again, well done.

Not all your red blood cells die off in around 12 weeks. They don't all die off at the same time. Every day, millions of them die off, but this is only a fraction of the total that are still alive. The dead ones are replaced immediately by new ones, so all the time you have a number of old ones, a number of new ones, and many more somewhere in middle age. It is a continuing cycle. Not everyone has standard red blood cells. Some people have them that live a lot longer than 12 weeks, whilst some people have ones that die off in a few weeks. It doesn't matter when you have an HbA1c test - it will measure your average glucose over the previous 2 to 3 months, weighted towards the latter end of that period.
