thanks Rab, well ive had nothing since breakfast today and not eating till about 730 tonight (roast veg) so I will see if that counts - maybe not! I will for sure try this as I need to kick start my weight loss again thanks
thanks for that - Im having aubergine, courgette, red and green pepper and carrots (for hubby I just have 1 bit of carrot). I sometimes add asparagus for the last 15 mins but i dont have any today. with that we are having high meat content sausage - i cant wait!
