Hi
Reverse expectations that it progressed slowly

My HBA1C just today was 7.40 % ~57
Before was 7.60 % ~60
But that does not matter, and I will not be frustrated until the end

I just wonder where the fault is

There is a question as to why this laboratory uses some different criteria

Like
4 to 6 it's normal
6 to 7 it's excellent
7.5 to 9 it's median
9 > it's higher

How long was the gap between HbA1c tests?

Hi Guzzler

Maybe there is a problem with the measuring device
Or maybe I'm wrong in the number of hours of fasting

I will increase fasting hours From 7 to 10 hours and reduce carbohydrates

There is a difference in expectations about 21%

Sometimes it can be as simple as the length of life of one's red blood cells. These are said to live between eight and twelve weeks but as we are all unique then some people's cells have a slightly shorter or longer life. This obviously affects the count of glycated cells.
You are going in the right direction, well done.

Thank you so much
This result will not hurt me

Anyway I walk forward and this win even if it was slow
