I can't believe it, my result has dropped from 12.6 at diagnosis last October to 7 last Friday. My GP is delighted and I am now his star pupil. The downside is he is now pretty certain my pancreas wasn't working and that I have type 1.5 or LADA. He has said if the results start to rise then he won't mess with oral meds and go straight to insulin. Oh well, enjoy it whilst it lasts methinks.
