What was your last one are you going up or down?

its going up ,it was slightly lower the last time, it was 64
 
The chocolate sponge pudding comes highly recommended.
 
I tried following low carb guidlelines but It didn't work out for me ,its ok I will sort it out bob with the help of my medcial team ,
re your chocolate sponge paul ,I suggest you keep your smart comments to yourself or another site .

ahh, didnt they ban you from this one? lol, your antics was what stopped me going there, oh well, not my business.
