I have gone from 79 to 42 to 38. What's my average? How do I work it out?

Are they all 3 months apart?

I would be looking at the last 6 months which is 40 i.e., the average of the last 6 months 42 plus 38

38 (i think) is 5.6% converting to an average of 6.4mmol

Thats what it said on the converter I found lol. I'm sure someone could put a link to the chart in

Hi there! Thanks! How do I find the chart? Pleased as thought it would be higher as had chest infection and 2 colds!
 
I found on google, just put in 38 blood sugar converter , and a link came up for this website, enter either %, mmol and it works it out.

With the absence of any other data, your average would be all of those numbers divided by three -

79
43
38
=160 divided by three
=
53.3 recurring
