Well I have been to see the nurse for my latest test results and she told me if I went in for a first test now I would be classed as non Diabetic. So im happy with that BUT the test results have shown up abnormal Liver readings so I have got to have another test.
 
Oh dear, that must be a worry. Hope you don't have to wait too long for result.
 
I had abnormal liver reading too, due another test in 3 weeks. My liver enzymes were 460 and a normal persons should be in the 30's. It shocked and scared the hell out of me but I was told the liver can heal itself. I've been taking milk thistle, vitamin B and thiamine. Hopefully my next test will show a vast improvement.

My liver reading improved greatly after following a LCHF diet and I also took milk thistle.
