rude d/n nurses and being treated like im wierd because im diabetic
had my results back today and im 32 hbac1 for second time running all meds have been stopped so pleased with it and the hard work endured 7 stone weight loss and feeling wonderful these days , all thanks to you lot when i come here in nov i was scared and to be honest alone with ur guidence and low carb im on best tracks to a happy future be proud of yourselves because i am you help and advice to newbies just amazing never loose sight never thankyouuuuuuuuuuuu xxxxxxxxxxxxx

thanku all . when i first come here someone said that diabeties the best thing to happen to them think it was cat . she was right it saved my life x

i lost my sister ahahah she has been a pain in my **** for along time , still have 2 stone left but went from 36 clothes to 18 now xx

Hi Hun sp very well done x I was diagnosed in may and asked the to let me try by diet no meds x my hba1c was 74 just had my second lot of blood tests and I am now 35 xxxx sooooooo chuffed x
 
Good job! Need to follow in your steps. Currently on 14% and trying to sort my blood sugars back out! xx
