Just had my first annual review. September 13 hba1c was 77.
September 14 hba1c is 40
Cholesterol down from 5.1 to 4.3
Blood pressure normal range
weight within bmi. Actually gained a couple of kilos,must be the excersise.
All achieved by following varied advice and tips from this forum's great members.
