Diagnosed DECEMBER 2014 HBA1C 50mmol follow up 48mmol
now April First HBA1C 46 mmol . Found help about lowering carbs on this Forum incredibly useful. Have lost 2 stone (so it works). Never been able to lose weight
easily. Happy to be going in the right direction still a way to go and a lot more to learn. Food combinations a bit weird and quirky some would say, but slowly i am finding
them more fun than frustrating. I find inspiration on the Forum and would just like to Thank All who helped me at the beginning with advice.
