hi all just had the results of my Hba1c91 and its all good news,
Told at christmas 2016 i was diabetic type 2 with a blood count of 70 and my cholesterol was 4.9,
Now my bloods are 40 and my cholesterol is 3.2 ,
I was almost 18 stone and now im 15 stone 2 pound and feel a lot better,
Still a few pound to lose lol but that will come in time,
Also had eye screening done and waiting results in 4 to 6 weeks, But was told they looked ok and nothing stood out,
All this was done with the help and advice i have gotten from the members of this site,
so to all the newly diagnosed diabetics reading this,If i can do it then trust me you can do it aswell,
