Headache and nausea

Why once a month do i suffer from severe headache and nausea? Right now this is how im feeling i could just throw up right here. Doctors dont know what it is.

I have been suffering with nausea every day for 18 weeks so I sympathise. Doctors still haven't told me what is causing the nausea. I get headaches too.
 
i hope your nausea and headaches go for both of you
 
As the day has gone the headache has gone. And ive managed to eat but I WILL feel like that again. It always happens. I feel for you SJC. I couldnt put up with that all day never mind 18 weeks.

I react to anti nausea pills in a bad way so there aint much I can do about it
