HEALTHY COOKING OIL

Canola is a made up name that was coined in Canada for rapeseed oil (Canadian oil, low acid") cheaply available at all supermarkets. Like all these things there is some debate on it's healthiness and some people think you should use cold pressed varieties(expensive ). This debate also includes fear of oil pressed from GM varieties, this shouldn't be the case in Europe. anyway.
