Heated blanket/throw with thermostat?

Hello

Is there a heated blanket/throw with thermostat? I mean that will monitor the temperature and switch on/off to keep it stable?
From what I see, most have only a level of heat but not a mechanism to achieve a specific temperature under the blanket.
