Type 2 Heatwave

Yes, heat affects our blood sugars but as with so much diabetes related, how it affects us is different.
Some find the heat causes their levels to go up and others find it causes their levels to go down.

How will it affect you?

Possibly, the way it goes depends on how much you like heat - if you don't like heat, you are likely to be stressed by it and stress causes a rise.

I am effected by the heat - it makes my blood sugars extremely unstable (or at least it seems like it does).

I've been in the mid teens for the last couple of weeks - this evening I scored a 6!
Same low carb woe, maybe a bit les exercise.
