Hello
Sorry not been on a while...had a few tremors over here in Italy and not had internet for 8 days and moved house, Using an old dongle to get on line...
My BF after about 6-7 hours sleep have been between 6.1 and 6.8 for the past week...is that good or bad..I do not have a clue

Must tell you what I did have one day...the new MCDONALDS New York Crispy...MY God was it good!!! mind you NO BUN I asked them to do it without the bread...
