Hello everyone. Just joined as I am a fairly newly diagnosed pre-diabetic. There really is a wealth of sensible information here which I have been hoovering up with gusto! Thanks for allowing me into the club and I will post my rather long tale of woe on the normal forum.

I agree that this place has a wealth of information together with some amazing people. I would be in a much worse place without this site.
