Good evening everyone. I haven’t posted on here before and wanted to join in.
I have been type 2 diabetic for around 25 years. I’m sure, just like many others at some point I have been good, bad and very bad regarding my blood glucose levels.
Right now I’m feeling so proud of myself. A year ago my hba1c was 53. A week ago....37.
I could say that it has been easy but I’d be lying.
Loosing 2 stone since the 1st of April has helped but it has, without a doubt been hard work.
