Hi everyone. I was totally unaware that I was diabetic, I found out by having blood tests for something completely unrelated. I am 53 and I thought reasonably healthy although a bit overweight, I'm trying to be good by exercising and eating more healthy. I am looking forward to reading your experiences and hopefully making friends.
