Hello im new to the Forum

You can make your own low carb bread if you have a bread machine @Chop1. I’m not particularly low carb, but I cannot have gluten, so I make my own. I put the ingredients into the machine in the evening, by morning I have a fresh loaf.

< Retired Stone Mason going on 79 ,bad arthritis, knee replacements ,and two years ago one kidney removed ,has turned my diabetic world upside down,,never had issues with my sugar level when I was active ,now I find I have really severe issues with my sugar levels,( example 2 poached eggs on one piece of toast send my sugar upto 8 points higher ,blows me away))), and activity is almost a word that does not fit into my now ,daily life style so **** frustrating ,when even gardening ,is fast becoming almost an impossible task. Leaves me on many an occasion ,of questioning my own quality of life, diabetic team make me appointments ,few months away,,at a time in my life when one month can mean drastic changes in my health,, leaves me thinking are these specialists even concerned with folk of my age with my type of health issues. Bear in mind ,when I was very active and doing physical work ,I burnt the sugars off.
