Breakfast mushrooms eggs brown toast English tea lunch is beef kababs with cheese and bread for dinner chicken curry or mixed vegetables with roti (roti is made of wheat)Have you reduced your carbohydrate intake? What do you eat?
Bran bread will still contain carbs and Apricots will high in carbohydrates as is most other fruit.Okay I can use bran bread I was thinking of substituting brown bread with bran bread I think that should be the first step plus I want to add Apricots too let's see what's happens thanks for ur input sir so kind best regards
What's ur suggestion then?Bran bread will still contain carbs and Apricots will high in carbohydrates as is most other fruit.
I would avoid fruit because of the sugar content. Have a look at the low carb section in the forum. there you will find plenty of recipes and information on low carb eating. What's ur suggestion then?
Oh sir I'm in PakistanI am on roughly 30 carbs per day. I used to have a small amount of berries (strawberry, raspberry or blackberry) in Greek yoghurt but only after a low carb meal. I can have a small fresh apricot after a low carb meal as a treat. These were the only fruits that did not raise my blood glucose levels. You may be able to tolerate this but the only way to know is to test with your meter. Avoid all dried fruits as the sugars are concentrated.
Almost all breads will raise your levels. If you are in the UK there are a few lower carb breads such as Burgen and protein rolls from Lidl.

Okay that's what my plan is I want to reduce carbohydrates to zero today I tried pink salmon bit felling hungry that's the big problem I am so much thankfuk to u for your very kind advice and words I remain thankful to you best ShafiThen I would suggest that you gradually reduce the carbs from breads, pasta, rice, potatoes and anything made from flour until you are comfortable with your blood glucose levels. You can fill up on vegetables that grow above ground level and by slightly increasing your levels of fats in your meals you should not get hungry. Well done with the excercise, this helps.
We can only do our best in whatever circumstances we find ourselves and I wish you well.
