Hello. Newly joined

Have just joined after reading for a while.
I have been following a vegan keto diet for a while now which has really helped me get in control .
Have been vegan since 2005 but have really only started to get the carb message in the last few years.

Yes it was a challenge at the start, but I love to cook and try new foods.
