My name is Lee, I am a 43 yr old male who has been living with type 1 diabetes since 2005.

I reside in a small village called Elderslie in the west of Scotland my hb1ac is currently 5.3. I use Novorapid and Levemir to control my levels.

I have just stumbled across this community/forum, my interests are cycling.
