Type 1 for nearly forty years. Feel like a failure. Cannot seem to stabilise blood sugars. New to forum.

They’re swinging all over the place. I should know how to manage them by now after all this time. My daughter had chickenpox atm, she’s 21yrs, so maybe I’m coming down with a virus. Sorry if I hi-jacked post by jumping in. Bloods went up to 22mmols last night. Finding it near impossible to get them down today. Thanks for asking what my blood sugars are.
