Hi all
I've been trying lchf for the last week (I did it last year for a few weeks but fell off the wagon in the kids holidays) and am determined that it needs to be a permanent fixture in my (and hubby's!) life.
I previously found it tricky knowing what to eat other than meat/veg type dinners...it got quite monotonous. So, I'm very happy to see recipes on here as the others recipes I've googled tend to be American with unknown/unobtainable ingredients.
I'm interested mostly in weightloss and health benefits, so if anyone can inspire me I'd be really grateful.
