Good evening, I'm Chris, I've been diabetic for 20 years now and thought I'd already signed up but apparently not.
Im using the Medtronic 640g, I absolutely love it.
However I would love to have the chance to use the guardian link with it and wondered whether anyone knew the best way to proceed with applying for funding, I know this will be a mammoth task but I have a child on the way now and do not want to miss her growing up because of complications.
