I'm Andrew, aged 22, live in Derbyshire. I'm Type 1 diabetic and have been for just under 20 years.
I went on the DAFNE course a few years ago and have 'half decent control' with HBA1C's around 5.5.
The aim of joining this forum is to share a few tips, improve my control - feel free to ask me stuff :thumbup: .
My diabetic aim is to stop eating so much ****, stop drinking so much ****, start writing my blood sugar levels down...and to start on this low carb diet thingy. Im currently reading Dr. Bernsteins book.
