Diets are such a personal thing. Perhaps you could give us a bit more info? Are you low carbing/low fat/calorie counting? I don't low carb but I have reduced them & seen a great improvement in bs levels & lost about 20 kgs too. Brekkie for me is always full fat yoghurt with dried fruit & nut mix during the week & weekends is often eggs & bacon or scrambled eggs & smoked salmon. Lunch in summer is a salad with cheese, hard boiled eggs, salami etc. Winter lunched are harder for me as I detest, loathe & abhor all soups lol. Usually end up with cheese, meat, eggs & flatbreads. Dinner is whatever my OH cooks, (lucky me lol) or if it's a really carby meal (he's a carboholic lol) he'll cook me an omelette. Don't usually snack cos I'm not hungry but if I do it's nuts or cheese. Hope this gives you an idea of 1, very personal, option. You'll find out what suits you & your meter soon huni
