Hi!

Had my 780g and Guardian 4 sensor fitted today.. they’ve started me off on manual mode but I cant believe I didn’t write down whether I should be doing correction doses or not and I’m PANICKING!
Did a bolus with lunch at 2:45 and it’s now 13.2.. do I correct?!

In the first week, I think I was told not to correct unless BG was 14 or higher, with the possibility of ketones, but my DSN was contacting me every day. It can take a while to get basal levels correct.

Thanks so much for your reply

I spoke with a friend of a friend who actually works at Medtronic (Thanks goodness!) turns out I needed to do a correction as it is in manual mode.. went up to 17.2!!
Terrifying

Will persevere though!
